Hyatt Lost Pines Resort and Spa
575 Hyatt Lost Pines Rd, Cedar Creek, TX 78612
The dress code for this conference is super-casual. Seriously. That means t-shirts, shorts, and flip-flops casual. Unless you are a dude with pasty-white chicken legs, in which case you can wear long pants.
The room block at the Hyatt is just about full, but still has a few junior suites available beginning at $405/night. Please click here to access the reservation portal for the TCAA block – please note that the portal will only allow the booking of one room at a time. If you need to book multiple rooms under the same name and encounter difficulty with the portal, please call the Hyatt Lost Pines directly at 512-308-1234. Be sure to tell them you are booking under the Texas City Attorneys Association room block to ensure you get the group rate.
For those still needing lodging for the conference, there are several options in and near Bastrop. Please visit https://www.visitbastrop.com/stay/ for alternative lodging opportunities.
This course has been approved for Minimum Continuing Legal Education credit by the State Bar of Texas Committee on MCLE in the amount of 13 credit hours, of which 1.75 credit hours will apply to legal ethics/professional responsibility credit.
Seminar materials will be posted beginning June 1, 2018, for those who wish to download or print copies in advance. Materials for this and past conferences can be accessed via the tab at the top of this page. Please check back often, as materials will be added as they are received, until June 12th. Any materials not posted by that date will be added as time permits during or after the conference.
